eoTouch Warehouse – Repack Inventory

Repacks are inventory that has changed pack size. This could a case that was damaged, but some of the units survived. The full pack would then be written off as damaged product and the remaining units would be entered as a repack. Or it could be multiple cases being combined into a pallet; where the cases would need to be written off, then the pallet added as a repack.

This permission controls if a user can access the Receive Transfers tile in eoWarehouse. For more information see: Permissions Panel

Records > Employees > Records > Permissions panel:

  • Enter Repacks

How to Repack Inventory in eoTouch Warehouse

  1. Tap Repack Inventory.
  2. Tap the ellipses.
  3. Tap Warehouse to select the warehouse the inventory will be removed from.
    • Automatically defaults to the user’s assigned warehouse.
  4. Tap a warehouse to select it.
    • Indicated by a check mark.
  5. Tap < to return to the previous screen.
  6. Tap + Add Items.
  7. Use the Search box to find specific products.
  8. Tap a product to select it.
    • Indicated by a check mark.
    • Each product has all alt-packs listed, make sure to select the correct one.
  9. Once all products being repacked are selected, tap Done to enter the quantities.
  10. Enter the Qty being repacked for each product.
  11. Tap the ellipses.
  12. Tap Print or Preview to review a report of the repacks.
  13. Tap the envelope icon to email the report.
  14. Tap the printer icon to print the report on a bluetooth printer.
  15. Tap the export button to save or send the report using another communication method available on iOS devices, such as AirDrop.
  16. Tap Done to close the report.
