Lilypad is a third-party CRM and data analysis platform specifically created to aid suppliers and distributors in the alcoholic beverage industry. eoStar can be configured to automatically send account, product, and inventory depletion information to Lilypad for analysis.

Lilypad FTP Credentials

The FTP web address, login, and password must be entered on the Lilypad panel at File > Database Administration > Configure.

How to Export Data to Lilypad

There are two ways to export data from eoStar to Lilypad:

  1. Manually through the Lilypad Interface.
  2. Automatically using a Scheduled Task.

Lilypad Interface

The Lilypad interface is used to manually gather and transmit data from eoStar to Lilypad. eoStar recommends using the Lilypad scheduled task to handle this process automatically, but this interface can still be helpful if data for a specific date range needs to be sent.

Lilypad Scheduled Task

The Lilypad Export scheduled task allows data to be automatically transmitted from eoStar to Lilypad. The export can be configured to include up to 30 prior days worth of information.
