Scheduled Task – DDTech Import

The DDTech Import scheduled task allows product transfers to be automatically imported from Replenishment+ (or R+) into eoStar.

Permissions

Access Records

This permission controls if a user can view, change, add, or erase DDTech Import tasks. For more information see: Access Records Panel.

How to Schedule DDTech Exports

  1. Go to Records > Scheduled Tasks > DDTech Import.
  2. Click New.
  3. Specify the record number by either selecting the provided number or entering a new one.
  4. Enter the Name.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Open the Schedule panel.
  7. Check Task Enabled to turn on the task and display the schedule options.
  8. Select the Time of Day the task will run:
    • Run once per day at this time – The task will run each day at the specified time.
    • Run every __ minutes – The task will run every X minutes during the time frame entered below.
      • Enter the From and Through times the task will run during.
    • Run every __ seconds – The task will run every X seconds during the time frame entered below.
      • Enter the From and Through times the task will run during.
  9. Select the Dates the task will run:
    • Run every day – The task will run every day.
    • Run on the following weekday(s) – The task will run on the selected weekdays.
    • Run every month on the _____ _____ of the month – The task will run on the selected day of the month.
      • Use the drop-down menus to indicate the day to run the task
        • The exact date will change from month-to-month to maintain the rule entered here.
        • e.g. Run every month on the First Monday of the month.
      • Drop-down 1 – Select First, Second, Third, Fourth, or Last. 
      • Drop-down 2 – Select Any Day, Weekday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
    • Run every month on the following dates of the month: – The task will run on the selected dates of the month.
      • The task will run on the selected dates regardless of what weekday they fall on from month-to-month.
      • Use CTRL + Click to select multiple dates.
      • Use SHIFT + Click to select a range of dates.
  10. Select the User to Email with Notifications.
    • The employee selected here will be notified of any errors when the task runs.
    • The email address is pulled from Records > Employee > Records > Contact Panel: Contact Information: Email.
  11. Click Post.
  12. Open the Settings panel.
  13. Select the Warehouses to include when the task runs.
  14. Click Post.
